Every garment arrives gift boxed using  recyclable materials with a recipe detailing the ingredients, their origins, the story and processes involved.  

It is a 2-3 week schedule from order to dispatch.

Sustainability & Ethics  - We don't waste fabric. We only cut garments once an order has been placed. Our off-cuts are repurposed to make accessories. All our materials are made from natural fibres.  We design, make patterns, samples  and your garments  in house.  

The Story 

I have always been intrigued by the story of  the strong and courageous Northern heroine, Grace Darling. 
Born in Bamburgh, Grace  became a national heroine after risking her life to save the stranded survivors of the wrecked steamship Forfarshire. Her story became all the more powerful and enduring due to her celebrity and tragic early death.
