Shipping policy
Delivery
Every one of our garments is designed and made from scratch here in our Withnell studio. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks generally for your order to be made and ready for despatch to you. We will email you to say it's on its way.
We use Royal Mail First Class 24 hour tracked.
UK postage for garments is free.
We do charge a small fee for Zero Waste products, £3 for scrunchies and £5 for Project Bundles.

We ship to the above countries through Royal Mail first class tracked DDU Delivery Duties Unpaid
International shipping is charged at £20
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are set by the country and not included at checkout.
If you’d like to check timings or delivery before ordering, you’re always welcome to get in touch.
Withnell has no control over delays caused by customs.
