Refund policy

We want you to love your Withnell purchases, we take a great deal of time and care hand making them especially for you and each garment is unique. We hope your garment(s) will be well received however we accept that sometimes this does not happen, and under your consumer rights for online sales if the pieces are not wanted by you then please return them safely to us within 14 days of receipt.
We regret that we are unable to offer a refund for your custom made items.
Returns

All items must be returned to Withnell in the condition they were sent (unworn and unwashed), of which we shall be the sole judge, and within their original packaging. We will examine the Product and notify you of your entitlement to a refund/replacement within a reasonable period of time, we will ONLY do this if products are returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds
We will process any refund due to you ASAP and within 30 days of the day we agree with you that a refund will be paid. We aim to make refunds using the same method as that used by you to pay for your purchase.
UK postage is free, and we will pay the postage for any replacement garments requested however customers are liable for their own returns - please therefore make sure you are happy with the garment before purchasing.

Right to withdrawal: Because you are purchasing 'unseen' you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason, as long as your garment has been unworn/washed/damaged. This offer excludes any pieces made as bespoke or custom, ie alternative cloth or personal size but we would ask that you check your order on delivery and where possible contact us straight away.
Where you have validly returned a Product to us because it is defective or for some other reason for which we are responsible, we will refund the full amount paid by you for the Product (including the cost of delivery to you) and reimburse the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the Product; and Where you have returned a Product in any other circumstances (which includes rejecting a defective product more than a reasonable time after receipt), any refund will be at our discretion. more usually we will give a credit note and work with you to provide a garment that suits you better, we will not refund the cost of delivery to you and we will not reimburse the cost incurred by you in returning the Product.
When returning any Product to us we recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.
