DESCRIPTION

A relaxed-fit jacket crafted from durable 8oz sanded canvas. Each piece is uniquely trimmed from zero-waste offcuts, ensuring no two jackets are identical. Built for everyday wear with meticulous finishing.

DESIGN & STYLE

  • Round collar and cuffs, adding a feminine touch to the jacket’s structure.
  • Front closure with five corozo buttons
  • Deep rounded pockets
  • Central back pleat, designed to improve comfort and movement.
  • Hip-length cut, striking the perfect balance for versatility.
  • Made from a medium weight  sanded cotton canvas, a  soft and breathable fabric, ideal for every day wear. Softens beautifully and fades in all the right places with wear and washing.

THE STORY

Inspired by stories of my grandad Jack. He was born and raised on a Withnell farm call Brimicroft.  When he returned home after the 1st world war,  his mother had unfortunately sold the farm as she couldn't manage it on her own with just his sister. He continued to work on farms in the Withnell area because of his love of the land, animals and being outdoors. Brimicroft no longer exists as it became part of the M65 motorway. 

Care and Maintenance

When purchasing a Withnell garment, you will receive a detailed care guide. Our clothing is designed to last over time, preserving its original beauty. 

All our garments are made to order, with no stock. Each piece is crafted especially for you. It is a  2-3  week schedule from order to dispatch.

Sustainability & Ethics

We only cut garments once an order has been placed. Our off-cuts are repurposed to make accessories.

All our materials are made from natural fibres.  

We design, make patterns, samples  and your garments  in house.  

Every Withnell garment comes with a repair kit to maintain your garment for longer.

We offer repairs for trickier jobs.
