THE STORY

My most vivid childhood memories are of times spent with my grandma (Ada). I remember going to garden parties in Withnell at the vicarage with her. These memories probably influenced the name Withnell. The photograph of a young Ada inspired this blouse . I wanted to recreate the garment she was wearing then. 

Care and Maintenance

When purchasing a Withnell garment, you will receive a detailed care guide. Our clothing is designed to last over time, preserving its original beauty. 

All our garments are made to order, with no stock. Each piece is crafted especially for you. It is a  2-3  week schedule from order to dispatch.

We only cut garments once an order has been placed. Our off-cuts are repurposed to make accessories.

All our materials are made from natural fibres.  

We design, make patterns, samples  and your garments  in house.  

Every Withnell garment comes with a repair kit to maintain your garment for longer.

We offer repairs for trickier jobs.
